2025 Weekday and weekend rates – starting at $410.00/per night (2 night minimum)
Summer and three day Holiday weekend rates starting at $410.00 – $420.00/night (2 night minimum for summer days and 3 night minimum for holidays, please check with booking agent on holiday dates)

Additional Rates that apply:
Each stay is subject to a 14% Marin County Occupancy Tax

Cleaning Fee and Security Deposit:
There is a $150 cleaning fee with each stay, and a $200 Refundable Security Deposit. The full $200 will be refunded after your stay if the rental is in proper order.
( $200.00 will be taken at the time of the reservation.)

Additional information:

Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel your stay, we will refund all monies received if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.  For cancellations within 14-30 days of your arrival date, we will refund 50% of the full amount. Otherwise there is no refund.

No tolerance Party policy:
We try to keep The Poet’s Loft as lovely, restful haven designed for guests who want to enjoy a quiet stay. As such, we cannot accommodate pets or parties. The violation of this policy will result in a non-refundable deposit equivalent to the cost of a nights stay at the loft. Please do not invite any other day guests. A maximum of 4 adults can be accommodated during your stay.

Payment Policy:
100% full payment is due upon booking in order to hold the reservation. You must cancel at least 30 days from your date of stay for a full refund.
